Big Daddy’s Falernum

On the rocks

pour 60ml of Big Daddy’s Falernum in an Old Fashioned
add ice cubes (don’t by shy to fill up your glass with them)
stir for 10 seconds
finish with a lime wedge, gently squeezed
Champagne cocktail

pour 45ml of Big Daddy’s Falernum in a Champagne glass or flute
add 2 ice cubes
add 1 dash of Angostura Bitters
pour 100 ml of Champagne over the ice
stir once, finish with a lemon peel
Highball
-
pour 60ml of Big Daddy’s Falernum in a Highball/Collins glass
fill up the glass with ice cubes
add a light tonic, ginger beer or sparkling water depending on your preference
finish with a lime wedge
no straws, let your lips have some fun as well!
Big Daddy’s Hot Toddy

warm up 50ml of Big Daddy’s Falernum and 50ml of water in a cup
add 10ml of simple syrup 10ml of lemon juice
garnish with slices of orange, lemon a cinnamon stick, a piece of ginger, dried fruit: whatever you feel like.
sit comfortably by the fire place and relax
Corn ’n oil

pour 30ml of Big Daddy’s Falernum and 60ml of dark rum (ex: Plantation Original dark or O.F.T.D.) in an Old Fashioned glass
fill up with ice cubes
squeeze in a lime wedge
add 1 dash of Angostura Bitters
stir for ten seconds, have mercy!
Red fury

pour 45ml of Big Daddy’s Falernum in a Highball glass
add 1 dash of Angostura Bitters and a lime wedge squeeze
fill up with ice cubes
add 100ml of Fritz Rubarb organic spritz
stir once
